This spacious apartment( 150m² interior) occupies the entire second floor of the house and features a private 50 m² terrace with direct sea views, perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining.

The living room offers a large sofa and Smart TV, connected to a dining area with a comfortable table. The apartment has four bedrooms in total: three bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with a king-size bed plus twin beds. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, coffee machine, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room.
